EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL BACKGROUND
My name is Dr. Elson Daud, born in 1995, I am a dedicated individual with a passion for medicine and health care. I embarked on my educational journey at Nyerere Primary school for my primary education, followed by O-level studies at Ifunda Technical Secondary School. Subsequently, I pursued my Advanced level education at Moshi Secondary School.
In 2020, I proudly graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Doctor of Medicine from the University of Dar es Salaam, Mbeya College of Health and Allied Science (MCHAS).
Following this milestone, I completed my Internship at Iringa Regional Referral Hospital (IRRH) in 2022, where I gained invaluable practical experience and honed my skills in various medical disciplines.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND LEADERSHIP,
In 2022, I joined Faraja Health Training Institute (FHTI) as a Tutor in Clinical Medicine. During my tenure, I have been actively involved in curriculum development, student mentorship and fostering a conducive learning environment. Demonstrating strong leadership skills and dedication.
FUTURE GOALS
Through effective leadership and teamwork, I strive to uphold the mission and vision of FHTI, preparing future healthcare professionals to excel in their careers and make meaningful contributions to the healthcare sectors.

Driven by a commitment to serving my community and improving healthcare outcomes, I am eager to continue my professional journey in medicine with a focus on delivering compassionate and high-quality care to those in need.
